Yesterday's weigh-in - 136.0lbs. Exactly the same as the week before.
There was some frozen yogurt eating on Friday and a total cheat day Saturday with dinner, dessert, and booze. Oops.
Will try better this week, although the burger challenge is tomorrow, I'm meeting a friend at a restaurant for dinner Thursday, and we're having guests over for dinner Friday. It's going to be tough!
