Weekly Update

Weekly update:
Exercise
30 Day Shred - 5 times
Running: 4.5 k x2 (37 min and 35.5min)
5.5 k x2 (time unknown because Rob's watch died:()

So Yay! I made it to part of my running goal. Now I just need to get faster.

Weight:
Starting weight: 136.0
Last week: 135.4
This week: 134.4

Hurray! Moving in the right direction:)

Pushups:
I managed to do 20 in a row. Also yay!

This is proving to be so much better than I was expecting. I am really enjoying exercising and m getting used to eating less, and being more selective in what I choose to eat.
