So Yay! I made it to part of my running goal. Now I just need to get faster.

I managed to do 20 in a row. Also yay!
This is proving to be so much better than I was expecting. I am really enjoying exercising and m getting used to eating less, and being more selective in what I choose to eat.
You're doing great! Keep at it! Jillian seems to be working well for everyone :)
