My goal weight is 130lbs. It has been my target weight for two years and I have never reached it.
Although some people (mostly a certain blond man I know) will say losing 7lbs is a lame goal, it will be tough for me. I eat 1500 calories a day to maintain my current weight. Most people will lose 1-2lbs a week on my normal diet. My dieting goal is to eat 1200 calories a day, which means I will probably lose about 1/2lb a week.
Monday Feb 13th, when I entered the challenge, I weighed in at 136.9lbs. According to the Wii Fit, my BMI is 20.28.
Not to worry, that certain blonde man will also judge me and my lameass goal. High fives for dat!
