Feb 18 - Ice skating and the DVD workout with Jillian. Yep, I kinda love/hate her now too.
Feb 19 - 4.9km on the elliptical, incline sit-ups, and side bends.
Feb 20 - 3.48km on the elliptical (was feeling kinda shaky and sick, had to quit early today), bench press, and triceps extensions.
OMG, I followed your Jillian Michael's link. I think I am just going to stick to phase 1..... everything else looks SO VERY SCARY!!!!!
