Back on Track

Level 2 of 30 Day Shred followed by a quick 5 km.

Jillian would say it's the fear leaving my body. I am pretty sure it's breakfast.

    Glad you're back on the bandwagon! Can it be my turn to fall off again? I am sooo hungry! And tired. Far too tired to exercise, clearly.
