Weigh in

12.5 /16 pounds lost. No change this last week. It kind of upsets me. I have been consistent the last few weeks with approx two pounds a week. Now nothing. Is it just an off week or do I need to step up my exercise?

this last week :
2 x1 hour of yoga
2x 40 minutes of walking briskly with all my work items with me
1x 1 hour of aqua fit


  1. Don't be discouraged! Your weight will fluctuate a lot depending on how much food is in your system and water weight (and as we have seen, what time of month it is for the ladies). I'm sure you will continue to see a drop next week. It can never hurt to throw in a little extra exercise anyway!

    Good job with the 12.5 so far! Hope you are having fun at yoga and aqua fit!

  2. So frustrating to see a pause in results - but it will get going again - just keep up the good work!

  3. One of the best ways I have found to break through a plateau is to drink more water, then your body will hold onto less. Despite the scale this week you are doing fantastic!
