12.5 /16 pounds lost. No change this last week. It kind of upsets me. I have been consistent the last few weeks with approx two pounds a week. Now nothing. Is it just an off week or do I need to step up my exercise?

2x 40 minutes of walking briskly with all my work items with me
1x 1 hour of aqua fit
