My Workouts - Feb. 25-28

Feb. 25 - 4.83km on the elliptical.

Feb. 26 - This was supposed to be a break day but since I skipped weights the day before, I did a five minute warm-up and incline sit-ups and side bends.

Feb. 27 - 4.92km on the elliptical, bench presses, and triceps extensions.

Feb. 28 - 4.6km on the elliptical, lunges, and straight-leg dead lifts. It is always hard to do the elliptical after the lunges! My legs are very tired!

I have still been walking Chimay for at least 30 minutes every day, but I hate walking and am too lazy to try the speed-walking thing anymore. I've started letting him run off leash while I trail behind. Can't wait until I don't have to take him out anymore!

  1. Your feelings on walking Chimay are very similar to my feelings on shoveling the driveway. Free exercise! Productive way to burn calories! Friggin' pain in the ass. Can't wait for it to be over.

    1. Thanks! At least I feel too guilty to skip walking him, so I still get some exercise even if it's not as much as I should be trying to get!
