Week 3 Weigh-In

Today's weigh-in: 135.6lbs, down 0.4lbs from last week.

I am simply relieved. After booze, burgers, and fries on Wed, lack of exercise after that due to illness, and then alcohol and comfort food on the weekend, I was worried about the scale going up.

This is basically two weeks of no change. I have to start working harder or I will not meet the deadline. It feels like starting over, with the new resolve to start exercising and eating better. And all the exercise equipment is piled out of sight in the office, with leftover cookies sitting on the kitchen counter. Sigh.

    1. Thanks! It is only because of the illness and not eating much Thurs and Fri. It was the only good part of getting sick!

  2. Cookies are evil!! Especially yours because they are delicious! Toss those puppies in the scary basement freezer and enjoy burning calories pulling out the exercise equipment! Mwah ha! Problem(s) solved!
