- I think I'm only down about 1 pound of fat this week - last week's weigh-in was definitely an up-blip. The next day I was 154.
- Also, I'm late with the post, but this is for the week that ended April 1.
- Running: something like 17km
- Biking: also, something like 17km
- Walking: 30 minutes
- 3 hours yoga
- Still around 1500-2000 calories/day, by default.
- Friday was a gong show: big plate of pad-thai for lunch, and for dinner, no less than wine, steak, 2 hot dogs, baked potato, cake.
- The weekend calorie count is more unknown, probably more like 2,000 calories per day.
