Scott's Week 3 Weigh-in

Starting Weight: 159
Last Week's Weight: 156
Current Weight: 153 (down 3!)
Goal Weight: 150

Note:
  • I think I'm only down about 1 pound of fat this week - last week's weigh-in was definitely an up-blip. The next day I was 154.
  • Also, I'm late with the post, but this is for the week that ended April 1.
Exercise:
  • Running: something like 17km
  • Biking: also, something like 17km
  • Walking: 30 minutes
  • 3 hours yoga
Eating:
  • Still around 1500-2000 calories/day, by default.
  • Friday was a gong show: big plate of pad-thai for lunch, and for dinner, no less than wine, steak, 2 hot dogs, baked potato, cake.
  • The weekend calorie count is more unknown, probably more like 2,000 calories per day.

  1. Yay, good job Scott! (Although I do curse the man's natural higher metabolism). Can't believe even on a diet you ate hot dogs with your steak, you silly Hares :P Filling up on meat before the yoga retreat?
