Week 7 Exercise Summary

Will do weigh-in tomorrow.

Did elliptical and weights Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. Just elliptical on Sat (with an extra ten minutes to combat guilt from eating a delicious deep fried apple fritter at the Maple Syrup Festival). Total distance: 25.51km.

    Actually, I was thinking about the nice weather and your bike and how you should bike to RIM around ending time and then Moose could drive you home. Any day it's sunny. That way you get exercise you like and feel productive. And you get a car-date on the way home!! Win, win, win!
