Friday - Killer Buns and Thighs
Sunday - Killer Buns and Thighs & weights
The Killer Buns and Thighs workout is exactly that. I scream at her a lot. I don't want to do just this workout all the time because I want to keep my whole body toned, but I am definitely working my ass off (ha ha) and realizing how inflexible I am through the hips and thighs.
