Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

What could be better than meat? Wrapping it in other meat!

Everything tastes better wrapped in the salty, crispy, bacon-y deliciousness that is prosciutto, especially when cooked on the barbecue. Pork tenderloin, whole chicken or chicken breasts, steak, even shrimp. Simply google "prosciutto wrapped" and a million different suggestions of what to wrap come up.


I haven't made this exact recipe, but it's essentially what we do. It's very easy to prep, the only hard part is waiting 40min for it to cook!
